Any ideas please

This is the abdomen of my buff brahma bantam hen. This scab like lesions have developed and we are unsure of the cause. I have soaked multiple times and tried to remove them but don't come off easily and I don't want to tear her skin. Whatever it is it seems to be spreading. It started below her vent and has spread across her abdomen in chunks. Any insight is appreciated.

She is a year old, I treated my flock with elector psp a couple of months ago for lice, it was mild but obvious. I don't see the signs of lice on her or any of my other girls and I check them weekly. This girl also had scaly leg mites which I treated as well and her feet look muck better. I'm just at a loss as to what this might be. I'll get some other pictures this afternoon.
