Any info about a Production Red???

I have a Production Red. She just started laying about a month ago, and has missed a day here or there, but usually even then she had a little "accident" shelless egg under the roost those days. She also layed my first double-yolker. I've started giving them more oyster shell to correct the problem, as my BR is also doing it. She is not the friendliest, but she is definately docile and easy going. Not smart, though. Took her about a month to figure out how to run into the door of the coop with the other girls, but she's got it down now. No more running around the sides watching the other ones gobble up the threats.......

I had 4. Unless they are sick mine laid every day. One laid almost every day up until we had to cull her because of a staph infection gone horribly wrong. She was sick sick, could barely walk, and I still got an egg from under her. Mine are very docile. Pretty laid back birds from what I have seen. They lay lovely dark brown eggs. Not chocolate but not those pale brown either. I have been pleased with mine. I have one that went broody. She got bored after about the 5th day. Was very short lived for her. The others never did.
