Hi fellow brothers and sisters,
I'm orthodox and currently reside in Israel. My father is a shochet and occasionally would slaughter for us too, I got to do the rest of the processing (i.e. plucking, kashering cutting and packaging).

Looks like it’s just the 4 of us for now. I was hoping that there would be more Jewish poultry keepers on BYC.
There used to be 3 other families in my little sister’s class who had chickens.
