I generally like to make sure the fish I catch are dead before I start to take them apart. I once saw a man fillet a live flounder!Exactly, or spear them and put them on the grill!
That's horrible! I don't think people should do inhumane things like that!I generally like to make sure the fish I catch are dead before I start to take them apart. I once saw a man fillet a live flounder!![]()
I can tell you how to do the salting the shcita is the hard thing, but if you don't have any choice try it yourself, you can see it in you tube and learn from. If you want some links about this proces in private message.I really hope I can find a shochet to come to my house and slaughter the birds, check the carcasses, & salt the birds. I’ll do the feather removal and gutting.
Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m not a shochet I’d have no problem processing my own birds. I do need to be certified by a Rabbi don’t I?I can tell you how to do the salting the shcita is the hard thing, but if you don't have any choice try it yourself, you can see it in you tube and learn from. Never but never a human being should be cruel to animals! The part of the killing is bad enough, cruelty is NEVER NEEDED!I generally like to make sure the fish I catch are dead before I start to take them apart. I once saw a man fillet a live flounder!![]()
