What does POL mean and FF. I guess I just haven't seen those abbreviations before and I'm semi-new at this also.
Oh you must tell us what you get! I have been learning to hatch myself. I have a small incubator, and have done two hatches so far.. Got 4 chicks from each hatch. I have some Swedish Flower Hen eggs in there now, but am only on Day 2. Can't wait to hear how your hatch goes! Thanks for getting back to me. I have 3 brown leghorns and I got them when they were a year old. I usually get 2 eggs a day and maybe 3. Someone gets lazy on me. I also have 4 New Hampshire pullets and they are 11 weeks. I was told they were all girls so we'll see. I also have one Speckled Sussex. And then I have 3 who knows what? I think they call them muts. Their father could be a Americauna and mother Rhode Island Red. Each chick I hatched is different. One looks like it end up looking like a Barred Rock and one is almost white. Hard to tell with all the fuzz. She or he is really feathering slow. The other looks like it could actually look like a Rhode Island Red. There is my group. I also 9 in the incubator that I am going to hopefully get lots of babies. I'm giving to my grandsons who lost most of their chickens to a lousy fox. Wish me luck on the newbies. They will be down to the lockdown tomorrow. I'm so excited!!!! I found out the POL after I posted and never found out what FF was until you responded. Thanks so much.
Never heard of her breed either. What color eggs do they lay?
