Then again... I do live in a suburban area, not a farm. My friends all joke about my zoo. Personally, I don't know how people entertain themselves if their animals don't outnumber their humans. LOL

You guys are living my dream! Especially those with horses. One day! Im guessing most of you if not all are from the US of A. Its different here (England), chicken people are in the minority and i dont know anyone who qualifies to call themselves an Old mcDonald farm to your standards!
We have 2 inside dogs, and 10 chickens... and thats it! Well, i have 4 sisters too, i think that counts for something

15 chicks - 5 RIW, 5 NHR & 5 BSL
1 55 gallon saltwater reef tank
1 29 gallon saltwater seahorse tank
1 65 gallon freshwater tank to mimick a natural river
? rabbits
2 turkeys in transit as we speak
and a possible new calf sometime soon

In the last year, we have lost my beloved Lab "Lady" after 15 years. In the last 2 years, we've lost two cats "Tigger" from an asthma attack (who knew) and "Patches" from a stroke. A Cockatiel named "Lil Mike" (who caught a cold). He could mimick just about any sound he heard and whistle the "Andy Griffith Show" and "Little House on the Prairie". He made one mean turkey call as well.

I don't feel so bad now after reading some of the others in this thread. But I'm not done yet
