I read a couple of posts here describing Phoenix Roosters as mean. Guess I am lucky - I have maybe 20 roos and 20 or so hens - most of them will eat out of my hands and some will fly onto my shoulder.

Interesting! Did you handle yours a lot as they were growing? Were they from a hatchery or a smaller breeder?
