Anyone due around Dec 5th?

I've got 9 eggs in the bator due right around that time. I also have day olds coming from Ideal around that time. Should be interesting

i'll have to invest in some tie straps to be able to tell the different breeds apart while they are itty bitty.

Well I got some of the neighbor kids to come see the me candle the eggs

We saw at least 4 this time with veins. I think I might be getting better with the flashlight and tp tube.

Well I might have to drop out off this thread. I candled 5 eggs of my 9 a minute ago and none had anything in them. I will do the other 4 in a bit, I got so upset I stopped. The post office broke 9 of the 18 eggs in shipping and now it seems the rest must have been scrambled. I can't really complain though. I have 15 chicks just hatched this past week and 6 button Quail. All of them were shipped and I got 90% hatches on most of those. This is just a bump in the road. Good luck with all of your hatches. I put more eggs in Wed. They do have veining I checked a few of those a min ago also.

Have 6 BBS Orpingtons due on the 5th. These were refrigerated eggs from my Black Orpington but all are developing at this point.

I've got a buff setting on 13 eggs right now that are due to hatch around the 6th! I can't wait!!

I have 12 duck eggs due on Dec.8- when ever they decide to arrive.I hope I have better luck this time.They are Rouens and Cayguas.I can not hardly wait.But they may hatch sooner.But as long as they are ok,that will be ok too.Good luck to all of us out there.I just love those little babys.And I really love those little silkies.

Jody,you are doing great.Congrats on that .I will be right here doing the same thing.And antisapation,it is killing me!!!! The 8th is my stop turn day.And crossing my fingers and toes and hoping everything goes good.I am going to kiss,and kiss them.So far so good.I got one that has twins in there and they are looking great.But I had to throw a egg out today.It did not make it.I have had a lot of twin eggs in the past.Duck eggs but never tried them before.We all got to hang in there........
