14 babies, and hatching is officially over. how are all your babies doing everyone?

No change for me this morning. Today is day 20. I know better but.....

Day 19 for me. I'm getting nervous about my humidity. my guage says 67%, but seems awfully humid in the bator. Did the salt/ziploc thing last night, and it didn't work. Oh well, here goes nothing.

I guess i'm lucky that i have to wait till spring to hatch any babies or i'd have to build more coops!! Too cold so i know that they wouldn't do so well. I wouldn't be able to controll myself if the weather was always warm. i'd have a new batch every month! Yikes!! Congrats on everyones babies!! Jealous......but happy for you all the same!!

I had two BO's hatch on Tuesday. It's a good week!!

I tried to post pics, but can't get the darn camera to work. I might end up using my dad's cell (it has better picture quality than mine) to get the pics up.

I woke up to a box (well, an LG bator) full of chicks. I think I counted 9 dark ones (prob australorps) and 4 yellow ones (at least one orp in there). That totals 13/28 of eggs in there. I can see some pips, but It's hard to see the eggs because there's so many chicks.
I promise to put pics up in a little of my full bator.

24 hours ago, a few minutes after the first chick hatched. It was peeping up a storm when it was by itself. The white stuff in the bator is paper towel that I put in there days before to stop the eggs from rolling around as much.
