Anyone else have an easter egger who lays brown eggs?

At My Pet Chicken this is what they say in the breed profile:
These are my first 3 eggs they evolved from small to tiny and from creamy to half creamy and half chocolate and bam dark Chocolate. I suppose they do change over time

Please note:  This variety of chicken can lay blue, green, pink, white or brown eggs (or any color in between).  There is no guarantee as to what color egg your hen will give.  Each hen will give ONE egg color.  The egg color will not change from one egg being laid to another.  An example is:  If your hen laid a green egg, then don't expect the second egg to be pink.

For their first laying season, my EE's layed the prettiest blue eggs. Then they molted and quit laying. When they resumed laying, I got one mire blue egg from each, but that was it. Now they lay brown eggs. My hubby said they ran out of blue ink. Wonder if they will change again.

I had two "twin" sisters. (One in my photo there)
Same color, same "litter". They even had a matching/reflected, white spec above one's right, other's left eye.

Laying time came, One was Olive, One was Brown.
Haha, I was so mad.

Hahaha, Merro. I think that is the same as I am dealing with. Two girls, Lily and Ellie. One still lays blue eggs, but the other brown. :) They are beautiful, sweet birds. The eggs eat the same.

I have 4 EEs, all from McMurrays. Two lay green, one lays blue, the other lays a pinkish-brown.

Blue, green, and the pinkish-brown before the green all laid by my Easter Eggers:

This EE lays the pink-brown eggs:

This is one of the green egg layers:

Such variety. Maybe I just need to add morè EE's to increase the odds of getting the pretty blues and greens . :)

I am a bit confused about the comment that an EE cannot lay other color eggs other than what they start with since I have one that lays both blue and green eggs. And, in fact, she may have recently just started laying light brown eggs, not sure about that yet..But I do know that even though I have six chickens total, none of them lay anything but brown eggs. However, the EE has always layed either blue or green and they are always rather small.

It should be possible for them to lay greener eggs and then bluer-looking eggs. Green eggs are blue eggs that have a brown coating. As a hen progresses through her laying cycle, the amount of brown deposited will lessen--this is more noticeable in dark layers like Marans. I believe the age of the hen can also influence how much brown is deposited. So with an individual Easter Egger, the amount of brown covering the blue egg may have cyclic or even daily variations in brown coatings making the egg look more or less green. I don't believe it would be possible for a blue layer to lay white eggs (or brown eggs which are white eggs with a brown coating). For what it's worth, my Easter Eggers are the last of my mixed flock to return to laying after winter break (besides the truly seasonal layers like Red Junglefowl).

ETA multiple times for clarification. Now off to drink more coffee...
