anyone else having temp problems with LG still air 9300

When I started this batch the temp was set to 101 qith an internal reading of 99.5 I check today and its barely above 90 in there I turned it up to 104 and the temp still hasn't gone up... I'm scared of loding all my eggs anyone having this same problem? Or any suggestions would be greatly appreciTed

Hi! I know that you posted a while back but wanted to check in..I have 2 of the 9300 still airs..I have checked and tripled checked the temp/thermometer against several other and mine stays pretty consistent. I have it set at 101.5 in the incubator and 100.2 in my hatcher and both are always 3/10th of a degree one way or the other. I do have both plugs removed and they are set in a very small room with its own heater that keeps the room at 74° all the time
