I have WHAT in my yard? :

Unions, like most institutions have gone through changes over the years. Born of absolute unarguable necessity they got what they wanted and went through a phase of bloat and corruption. Reagan took care of that. He broke the backs of the unions with the consent of many working people who had been fed massive amounts of mis-information. Forty years later we're back where we started in 1945 when returning vets had to fight to get jobs and a livable wage.
But, now we're fighting even more against a corporate machine that has every interest in destroying unions and no interest in fixing the economy. And a carefully controlled media machine to legally lie, call it news and feed it to you.
If you are union or were raised by people who paid for your clothes and food with union wages you need to stand up for the people of wisconsin. Those of you on here who have been doing steady union bashing may choose to keep your serfdom if you like. But, truly if you dislike what unions are doing instead of trying to take it from them, why not stand up to get the same things for yourself??
How marvelous a job of disinformation has been done to make the middle class turn on each other to avoid seeing who's really robbing that bank. Why do we have to suffer "austerity measures" while those who actually caused this crisis have seen massive income increases?
When any of you union sympathizers, can give a legitimate explanation for the intentional, criminal sabotage, this winter, in NYC by those who were supposed to clean the streets, in a diligent and orderly fashion, but instead, spent their days drinking coffee, or working with their plows half lowered, then, maybe, I'll give you an ear.....As I see it, this has become the standard operating procedure....Work less, for more money and benefits......Try running a private business that way, as see how long it lasts.
