Anyone else waiting for thier first egg?

Thank you for that helpful advice about my bleeding hen. I will surely have to check it out. I do have her separated from the others so they won't keep pecking her.

I waiting, and without much patience!! The past month has been killing me! I've been out there three times a day, everyday, just in case. Yesterday though things started looking up, my oldest easter egger found her big (really really big) voice!! So from what I understand it could be any day! Now I'm so encouraged I'll probably be out there 6 times a day!

OMG I have dreams too! mine are 24 weeks and nothing!!

OMG - 24 weeks and nothing?

You have got to be kidding me!!!!

We're at about 23 weeks and nothing. We've got red faces, egg squats for TWO WEEKS, one hen who is soooo interested in the nest boxes, but no flippin' eggs. It's killing me. I check 2-3 times a day and we have nada.

Hmph.

I have 4 hens, but only one is laying. The Ameracaunas and the "bossy" Golden Comet are still holding out on me. My other Golden Comet has given me an egg a day for 7 days now! So, now I just wait and see

I have 2 that are 22 weeks (SLW, EE), 1 that is 21 weeks (Faverolle), and not an egg yet from any of them. I want it so bad I can almost taste it--c'mon, girls!!!
