I just take a mesh strainer basket, set it over a pot with a lid, add water until it's just below the basket, add eggs to the basket, put on the lid, and turn it to boil for 20mins. It'll be done faster at a higher temp but like I said you can't over boil so you don't have to be exact. You can also buy egg steamer machines or use a steamer designed for anything else. When they are done I pull the basket off and set it next to the sink. Run the egg under cold water real quick until it's cool enough to handle, peel it over the trash, rinse it, and grab the next one to run under the water. I even peeled fresh button quail eggs that way with only one mistake out of 4 dozen.
