Except the cracked on is bubbling out the crack. Yikes! Should I reach in and throw it away?? I'm so terrified it will explode or something, but if there is a chick still alive I don't want to throw it away on day 21...

Put a layer of saran wrap or press n seal, over your hand and get that thing out of there BEFORE it explodes over the whole interior of the bator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW. Put the plastic around that thing and lift carefully, trying to get as much plastic around it as possible. YOU DO not want to smell like bad egg all day.
I just saw this thread for the first time this morning.
We have 3 OEG/Seebright mixes due today! This is our 5th hatch this year. They've all been 100% so far (they're under mamas). Then we have two more mamas sitting due next week and then in 2 weeks (this is her second brood this year!
). For some reason they have staggered themselves a week apart! Not like last year when we had 5 mamas start sitting the same day!

#6 pipped yesterday........Woke up this AM to a little fuzzy butt wandering around in the bator!!!!!!!!!!! 100% HATCH! Woo Hoo!
One little baby has a leg issue with one of her legs. She wants to stand and use it but .....I put a bandaid brace on yesterday and had to replace it this morning. I hope she will make it ..I have yet to lose one of my Wellies. She has made her way over to the food and water so we will see!
Eric you usually won't get peeping until about 24 hours within pip. After that some stay quiet and some yell til they get out. They're very much individuals and it's serious work. So don't expect anything til at least Th.
8 are now out and the remaining 3 have pipped. Hoping for another 100% hatch! Woot.
I am in bed recovering from minor surgery and one of the little darlings will not shut up! Just as soon as #11 pops out, off to the brooder they go! LOL
