I plan to set a new batch of cornish eggs within the next couple of days to week. Hopefully this crop of new pullets will start laying a little heavier, and I will be able to get some more, before the ones I have get too old to set.

thus far 13 d'uccle eggs seem to be just fine and 3 marans are fine...4 appear to be duds and 1 appears to have a blood ring. i am hoping no one else dies on me

i know to not count my babies till they all hatch and are at least a month old...this is my first hatching ever and nov 7 cant get here fast enough
