Anyone have fun names for eggs?

As I was beating 2 eggs this evening to add to my 'posh pie' (thank you Backdoorchicken) I was reminising how when we were kids we had weird names for pretty much everything. I remembered for the first time in years what we called eggs.... cackle berries!

Just wondering if anyone else's kids had weird names for their eggs?

My husband calls them rooster bullets

My bosses son calls them "crack cracks" Cuz you "crack" them against the side of a bowl before you scramble them.

I'm curious, too about folk names. Besides cackleberries I've heard of hen fruit and yellow eyes. Any others?

We just call them eggs, but my mom calls them "a chicken's period"...

She says that that's why she doesn't eat eggs...
