Mine would be gas or with a cord. I learned QUICK that battery powered stuff either doesn't hold a charge very long, AND OR doesn't have much power to it.

We had one with a cord before, not as powerful as gas. Everywhere you want to go, the cord doesn't reach!

I did get a battery powered weed eater. I KNEW it would be weak. It is absolutely perfect in my massive front flowerbed. I can remove the vile bind weed really close to my plants with it.

Being old with bad knees stinks. It made it so I am not on my knees to much.

Same with the under-powered battery blower we got. Blows the gutters, and a couple of pine needles in our rocks. That's all folks! That is all we needed. Tired of cleaning gutters on my knees! Hubby has a bad back, not allowed on the ladder any more!

When I lived in dry and dusty CA, we prayed for MOIST Leaves! Kept down the dust for free! Just no stinky grass clippings, only fresh grass from my own yard, no poison applied! Hens were great grass killers if I could keep the roaming dogs from getting them :hit
