Local feedstore near our Walmart today (monthly grocery trip) had a new brand for them, Tri-Chek layer pellets, made by Tri Chek Seeds out of Augusta, Ga. It has plant and animal proteins, 16% pellets (large pellets). It was less than $10 for 50#, but I have never heard of it and thought I'd heard of most feed brands. Will see if the girls like it.
