Anyone in WV???

i dont know if this is the place for this, but my 2 muscovy drakes went missing about a week ago. they were with the lady who was caring for them and she went away for a few days and when she came back they were gone. she says there was no sign anything got them but im still not very hopeful.

if anyone in the amma/newton area could please keep an eye out id appreciate it. they were last seen down poka(poca? polka?) road. id also appreciate any prayers or good vibes. i just want my boys back

im sorry if this would be considered spam and ill take it down if need be.

i think they may have been stolen because there was no evidence that anything attacked them (they lose/pull feathers very easily and there were none) so if you see these two in anyone's yard then please message me. i will respond.

if you see them anywhere else then theyre very friendly and respond well to whistles or being called "the boys" and will come running if you have cat food. you should be able to pick them up if it's possible, and id appreciate if you could keep them somewhere safe until i could get them.

Wow I hope someone didn’t do something so brazen. Do you ever see hawks? They won’t usually take 2 in one day, but if they were alone for multiple days, it’s possible. Are there any lakes nearby that they may have flown around and decided to move to?

they werent with me when they disappeared, so i dont know but there are people in the area who keep chickens that seemed fine and my ducks are massive and had plenty of cover so i dont think it was a hawk. plus there were crows everywhere and hawks dont tend to like them very much.

im hoping what they did was wander off up the creek and just found somewhere they liked or settled in with some other poultry. there are definitely other ponds and such up and down the road though.

we went and looked for them today and couldnt find anything so theyre either dead, stolen, or well hidden. or someone took them inside because they like to come onto porches and go inside.

Well maybe someone will see them, or they may find their way back to you someday.
