I'm very sorry about your hen. Is immediate vet care an option?

To me it looks like her abdomen is ruptured and her internal organs are protruding. I understand it can be distressing and you want to help her, but personally I would euthanize the hen.

Hi thanks for your advice will euthanize her. Any idea on how it happened

So sorry about your chicken. It does look like the liver is hanging out of her abdomen. You are making the best choice for her to prevent her suffering.

Thanks, luckly she does not seem to be in pain right now because she is acting normal. But I predict it will come out further and then cause suffering
