The bird also appears to be slightly cross beaked. Not sure if anyone else noticed that. :idunno
I am giving you credit for noticing the crossbeat it is not fully crossed but you are correct because it doesn't fully close. Thank you very much for your Keen eye.
 
Sometimes feeding moistened feed mixed with some water in a taller bowl can help cross beak chickens to get more food. How are the scabs looking? It does look possibly like fowl pox, but pecking might be possible. Have any other birds got scabs?

It is definitely foul pox and five other birds have gotten it, one which infected her eye and I'm currently treating, it is already looking better.
