anyone love to decorate cakes

That coconut cake sounds delish.

My daughters birthday is Sept. 15. I'm going to attempt a chicken cake.

I will def. post a pic when I get it done. I'm really excited about this one.

Here it is. It's a little small. It actually isn't the cake I started. I had an idea to make a chicken on a nest and I got the cake all carved out in the perfect shape and then went to crumb coat it and the head basically crumbled off.

So I made this one. Which is cute too.

I adore making cakes - I took all three of the Wilton classe several years ago because I wanted to be able to make cool cakes for my kids birthday's and I've even been able to make some money by making them for others.

this is one I just did for a sweet sixteen

That is so cool. I love wimsical cakes like that.
I haven't taken any classes but I've done pretty well just experimenting with different tips.
