I've never used fondant before. I think I'd like to try it tho.

I make my own fondant. It tastes completely different (better) than Wilton's gross stuff. I've heard there are some brands that are pretty good, though.

I have my own frosting recipe I use and it's so much less sweet than buttercream. It's almost like eating whipped cream!
