vfem, the new yoga routine I'm doing I actually do 3 of her 20-24 min routines a day (back to back) for 1 hr "ish" each day, anyway I try and pick a core first, then one that concentrates on either upper or lower body, then the last one balance, or breath (something relatively easy) anyway last night for my third I chose the new show "Flow vesion one" thinking it sounded nice and easy,
She meant vishnu (sp) flow thought she was going to kill me on already noodly legs and arms from the first two!!!!!!!
But I agree I will never do any other exersice I love everything about yoga, and at the end of the hour I am pouring sweat, all muscles noodly, but feel great, recharged, and energized. I am by nature a quiet person and love the calm intensity, no yelling and jumping.
