Anyone wanna guess if my 4 week old chicks are hens or Roos?

The were hatched on February 20th, and I think I know what they are, but I am brand new to chickens so anyone wanna confirm my guesses?

Hen? But also, does anyone know what breed she could be? She was in the bantam bin and the lady at TSC said “she’s definitely a silkie” she is definitely not lol. Her feet are gray and featherless
