Anyone wanna work out with me???

I actually stuck to my diet today, and went for a bike ride too. It was a good day, except my computer got stolen. I was gone for 5 minutes and it was gone. There's still a chance it may turn up, I'll call tomorrow, but it's unlikely. sigh.

I'm 36, about 5'6" and 145 lbs. Last winter I was about 155 lbs, but I managed to work off some pounds lugging bucket after bucket of water out to our horses cause our hose froze. I did lose my chubbiness around my waist and got my butt back. When I met my DH 7 yrs ago, I weighed 112 lbs. Ick, what a difference now difference:p
I have a problem with not eating when I should, I will often go all day with just a bite too eat, I know, very bad habit. I guess with taking care of 5 kids and my hubby, and all the animals, I just don't feel like eating, or get the chance too.
I;m glad I'm not the only one out there that has a weight issue!

Hey, I'm off to the gym as soon as dh kicks me off the 'puter. I usually eat after the gym, otherwise I'm too hungry before lunch. Tomorrow is a cubscout hike, then the fair. I'm looking forward to the fair, I'm hoping to see interesting chickens.
 
I work out for an hour today 1/2 cardio 1/2 stengthening toning. I've been sleeping better since I started working out. I feel better. The hardest part for me is patience. I want to look better NOW, not 2 months from now.... but I've started on the right path that's what's important. Now we all just have to stick to and make it a lifestyle!!

I got my computer back! It was at lost and found after all. I had a piece of carrot cake to celebrate!

Welcome Mamaboyd......! I dont have the same problem as not eating when I should, mine is too much beer, and eating too much when I do eat. Let's get do it. I worked out for 1/2 hour this morning, but I still feel jiggly! Maybe next week the numbers will be better.
 
Tomorrow is weigh in #3. ...I'm nervous. I've been working out really hard and just doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere.
I have been on heavy calorie restriction 5 days a week and normal calorie restriction 2 days a week.
That really should have produced results in itself.
BTW I took my before pic yesterday right after I did my workout. It was sooooo disgusting. I'm not posting it until I have an after pic.

Goal = down 3 lbs.

Good luck, you should see results soon!. I've worked out 8 times in 10 days but I've gained three pounds. It's discouraging, but I think it's from the weights because my clothes are fitting just a little better.
