And less evil... Lad looks like she's going to rip everything apart. (Don't ask me why my brother named a girl Lad.)

And because we're showing Easter egger pictures, this is Dotson(a boy name given by my brother... again), who is my little cuddle bug. All I have to do is crouch down, and say "Give me a big Dotson hug!", and she'll run into my arms and cuddle forever.

Beautiful! Hopefully you get what you wantView attachment 2449309
They add so much color to the egg carton, too! (The picture doesn't really capture the right colors) Anyway, the only thing I'm wishing for now are white and bright blue layers! Then I'll have the egg rainbow!
Those are some pretty eggs! I hope that you're able to get some white and blue eggers! I have this hen who lays these eggs that are pinkish-white eggs. She was supposed to lay brown I think. Also, I have this Cuckoo Maran mix. I was hoping that she would lay chocolate eggs, but sadly she only lays brown. If you do get some white and blue eggers, try throwing in a chocolate egger in there too for another color.View attachment 2449309

Thank you!
I've got two welsummers! Comet and Spark/Broi!(Brothers renamed Spark as Broi, short for broiler... for no reason) So I'm getting only a couple dark eggs... I'm hoping they'll be even darker when spring comes around!

Can eggs get darker over time? My Cuckoo Maran mix started laying earlier this month. I was almost thinking that her eggs were getting darker, but I wasn't sure. It just didn't sound right. Is there a slight possibality that she'll still lay a chocolate egg? Her brown not chocolate eggs is the biggest reason why I think that she's a mix. That, and her leg and beak color. Here, this is a picture of her:I'm hoping they'll be even darker when spring comes around!
