Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

I know this is nt what an average dieter would say, but eat a lot, now don't say, okay eat a lot! I'll have that brownie! Make your salad with some delicious stuff, like maybe some tomatoes, A little but of cheese, (But in proportion!!!), and sometimes to add some sweetness you can put some dried cherries, but make sure you buy them either organically or without sugar. some people even put nuts, like sunflower seeds and other foods like that.

Don't go into starvation mode!!!!!!

Also CHECK YOUR THYROID!!! If your thyroid is low then that is the explication why you can't loose weight.. Something to keep in mind is that most people have a little bit of low thyroid and they report is as normal, so if your readings are normal that that is still a little low, and if your thyroid is low then that means it is very low. Low thyroid is usually passed down from Parent to child.
if your thyroid ends up being low then there is medicine to take, they is also some that are not pills but liquid, your choice. Hope I can help!

Wow this thread has died.. Everyone must have fell off the band wagon..LOL Anyhows I'm still around the size I was on my last post many months ago.. Least I'm holding and not gaining.. But Thinking of watching my calories again and starting with the wii fit.. its getting that time of the year when things slow down for me and I actually have time to exercise.. anyone with me???
 
Im in!( if anybody is still doing this.) 40 pounds sounds about right. Let me know how this works, I am a newbie.

No calorie restriction any more, and plenty of good strength training is on my menu.

I'm just lazy LoL never did like sports or that took alot of energy. Don't get me wrong I like more of a "work" workout something outdoors that you dont think about being exercise. I'd much rather be out cleaning a barn as inside working in a gym.. The calorie thing with me works the best because I can still eat the foods I like and if I'm craving something I normally eat it just watch the rest of my intake the rest of the day. I can eat anwhere between 1500-1900 calories a day and loose slowly and I can eat 2100-2500 a day to maintain my weight. I never have been much on diets cause you never stick with one, it needs to be a life style change that you can live with. I still eat all my fav foods, and I like to eat

No gym for me either. And no cardio, because it just causes issues with adrenal fatigue in the end.
Just 10 minutes with a set of weights is all I am doing.
