Anyone want to take a guess at what breed these 3 chickens are?

The white one looks to be a bantam white rock cockerel. My bantam white rock pullets have very small combs and waddles. You can see them in my profile album. The legs do not look stocky enough and the comb looks more single than pea for a Cornish. The brown one look D'anver. The black not sure. Still early days..

Edit to add link.. She came from a breeder that show Bantam Rocks..

Haha, rare enough that I've been on this site for a couple of years now, and that's the first time I've seen someone who has one. People usually have Rocks for nice bigg eggs and for meat. Making the breed a bantam kind of erases the most common uses of a Rock. But then again, cuteness often trumps function.
i would love some bantam rocks as i only do bantam breeds lol

the mille fluer chick has feathered legs which makes it a d'uccle ;)

I WISH I could have bantams. I don't have a large enough property for two coops though, and my big girls are seriously mean to smaller birds. I just can't give up those big gorgeous eggs.... *sigh* Someday I'll have a seperate bantam flock. Someday.

Bantams are great. So much less poo and they have a big "cute" factor. I have a tiny tiny barred rock bantam pullet that is insanely cute. The eggs are too cuts also and "diet" size. Lol

the black is an oegb pullet
the buff is a mille fleur d'uccle pullet
the white might be a white cornish or white rock but im not to sure on it and is a cockerel

none of them are mixes though...if they came from a show i would be jumping up and down with joy as they should turn out very very nice

OEGB stands for Old English Game Bantam.

The buffs do look like mille fleur bearded D'uccles. Can you get a full height shot of them? Do they have "vulture" hocks? What do the feathers on their feet look like? Is the one you have a roo or hen? Sometimes it takes a while for the white spots to come in. BTW what are the spots called?

The roos are darker.
It is a pullet for sure. I can try to get a better picture of her. Thanks.

LOL, yes the cuteness factor is the reason I have Silkies...because we all know how small their eggs are! It's just my hubs and I now so I don't need a whole lot of BIG eggs.

I think we have the white down for sure to be a Bantam White Rock. The black has been identified as an OEGB. The mille fluer is being debated as either a d'Uccle or d'Anver. Thanks!

Pele, too often and sadly "cuteness trumps function" in human attributes too!

Okay so d'Anvers do not have feathered legs? If that is the case then it is a d'Uccle. Thanks!

I love my Bantams! I don't know what I would do with a big ole bird. These are just the right size for my lap and the Silkies are all furry feeling and I just love sinking my fingers into their deep furry feathers.

You're right I missed the feathers.
Thanks anyway Smoochie

Barred Rock that's the black and white colored chicken right? Love it! On the poo...my Silkies can make a pretty BIG poo. My garden beds are loving the wonderful poo.

Yes, one can't have too many chickens, can they? Giggles
