Anything I can do for deformed leg?

I have a chick with a leg stuck tucked up, Usually I'd expect it to be dead by now but somehow it's surviving in second day, just wanted to check if anyone has any ideas that might be possible to help?

The leg only moves at the hip, no movement below at all.

That leg looks pretty bad. Unless you have the time to devote to a special needs bird, it would be kinder to cull.

Yeah seems like that's the way to go, there's already abrasions and it can't even use the leg

I hate culling chicks, but sometimes it has to be done.
