Anything wrong with these eggs?

eggs will be fine I've had eggs like that no big deal. I wonder what the egg companies do with their reject eggs like that.

I've been told that the bumps are just extra calcium deposits in the shell. Nothing to worry about, it just looks a little weird. As far as the dark spot, if the egg was sitting in some water, perhaps the shell just got discolored a bit. The insides ought to be okay (we've never had any problems with 'em, at least)....
