my hair(dreadlocks) is down past my knees and I have no plan to cut it. i refuse to put my hair in a bun.. Nothing worse than a manbun / I just keep my hair in a hat unless im sitting around relaxing or going out , if i dont i get it caught in everything.

Right! I always say I'm going to cut cause I just tie it up anyway. My excuse is being a nurse and I cant have my hair hanging in the way when I'm working on patients.

Let it go let them think what they want, I know many ladies old and young who have long hair (I'm one of them I'm 38) my hair is down to my waist and I have no intentions of cutting it just because I'm getting older. I do however wonder why they feel long hair is only for young people

I keep my hair up just because with it being curly it takes 4-5hours to comb it out. I don't have time like that... On very nice occasions I will leave it down!
