Yes, she is! I ordered 2 pullets and a cockerel (I really just needed the cockerel, but the minimum order was three) and one of the pullets died from getting too stressed in transport.
So little Buttercup is my only one.

My girls were hatched on Good Friday April 14. 20 in all! That ales today their 18week bday! On this past Sunday we found our first 3 eggs. Each day 2-4 eggs I've found. But on Wednesday there was 9. Cool beans. How will I know that each and everyone of my girls laid an egg on same day? Would a hen lay more than one in a day? Or when I've gathered 20 eggs in that day would means every hen laid an egg?

What kind of chickens do you have? I'm jealous of all of your eggs already. My chicks will be 19 weeks on Monday...

After work today I gave my girls some home grown watermelon, filled their feeder, cleaned out their coop, and fed them some grass by hand. I hope this is enough to entice an egg this weekend...

Yet a person that has only a few (4-7) could have an advantage of only needing for less eggs. That's ok
