ok.... still trying not to panic ... but what should I do about my humidity

... someone with a brinsea model (what I have)...

ok i have a brinsea and on day 18 (i have a brinsea mini eco glow incybator) you no the cup in the middle for the first 18 days you only fill up one and on day 18 you fill up both of them and i had a broody hen and on day 25 1 chick hatch it was the only maybe your humidity is to low and then the sheel would be to hard so its hard to break out higher your humidity i would say

That's great news!

My update for today is that I resisted the candle bug and didn't disturb the eggs. My re-shipment of eggs to correct my botched order are now in the incubator. Unfortunately this puts the hatch date right before I have to leave town for 3 days - so I'll be asking family to watch the hatch for me I am going to hate missing it, so I hope the little chicks hatch early for me!

It just HATCHED!!!!!!

I cant wait to see my own hatch... but that was the first time I had ever watched it... crazy I just happend to look right when it was happening!!!!!

Am I joining to late? I have a mixed bag of 10 chicken eggs due 4/10. This will be my first incubator hatch. 10 out of 14 survived till now as far as I can tell. I had 2 clear and two early quitters, but the others seem good. I candled them today and found all viable! I will read and follow along. Good luck everybody!

I feel bad for the guy trying to make his way out and gets ping-ponged a bit by the two babies next to him. Guess it's incentive to hatch faster
