Are adult male muscovy ducks too dangerous to tame?

Thank you. I agree a female Muscovy weighs around 6 pounds. A male Muscovy weights up to 15 pounds. I think a female Muscovy would be better as a pet because I can train her to perch on my arm or shoulder.
I don't know anything about training ducks. I am one of those individuals that ducks quickly trained to stick with their rigid schedules. It never occurred to me to try to train a duck. 🙃

Good gracious.

Ducks typically wouldn't use a perch. They are not chickens or parrots and are much more comfortable on the ground.
Ducks also need companions. You should have at least 3 or more ducks to keep them happy. You should also have a large outdoor coop and run with some sort of kiddie pool or pond.
If you want to bring your duck indoors every now and then that's fine, but it's important to remember that ducks are much happier outside where they can forage, run around, play in the water, and be with their duck friends. You simply cannot provide that indoors. If you really care about what's best for the duck then you should know that forcing them to live indoors all the time is cruel.

Now, if you would please stop changing the subject, stop getting offended that others do not agree with you, and stop trolling that would be very much appreciated. I hope you do your research and listen to others with experience and facts for the sake of any animals you choose to get.

I thought Muscovy ducks can perch on tree branches?
