Thanks NC for this thread. I've been reading BYC all winter to soak up all I can learn about chickens, their coops, their feed, caring for them, what breeds to pick. It's quite obvious that there's a lot of variation in the way all the breeds act, lay, brood, eat, poop. (lol)
