if his tail rattled i would not take a chance...it is probably a rattle snake, if ever in doubt, kill it.

Snake eggs look like more oblong eggs that are often stuck together, instead of hard shells theirs are more leathery and pliable.

Twisted - TOOOOOOO COOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are they eggs from YOUR snakes, or did you find them and hatch them?

Awesome...

All snakes I have raised and bred myself, the top picture is a clutch of cornsnake eggs, the middle are Baird's ratsnake, and the bottom is of cornsnakes hatching. Instead of chipping through a hard shell, these guys use their little egg tooth and slice away from the inside until they make a cut deep enough to get out, often they make more then one just to help the air exchange. They sit with their noses and heads out for a day like that taking in the whole world and learning the whole breathing thing while whats left of their yolk gets absorbed. Once absorbed they cautiously make their way out and for a few hours hang around the nesting site (which is usually a pile of rotting vegetation where temps stay perfect and its humid). The yolk they took in will be able to keep them going for weeks if not months until they find their first meal.

VERY cool.....

My brother-in-law used to breed/raise green tree pythons, milk snakes, corn snakes, etc..., but my experience with raising snakes is limited to a few clutches of Florida blue garter snakes, and hatching a clutch of ringneck snake eggs I found while tilling up a garden. While I find snakes fascinating, I'm more of a tortoise person myself. There's just nothing more perfect than a newly hatched reptile!

The proper term is venomous poisonous has to do with ingesting
if venomous is what you mean than no
