Are different colored Orpingtons not as timid as the Buffs?

Does the color of the Orpington chicken have anything to do with its place in the pecking order? Would a blue Orpington be better with RIR's than Buffs? I want to raise Red Stars and RIR's or NHR's and Ameraucana's for egg laying chickens. I just want a peaceful flock not to much fighting or picking.

I have all three colors and they have at one time or another been in mixed pens with each other and mine all get along. Color hasn't made a difference for me.
