Are my bantams FRIZZLE??

I got a bunch of bantam chicks! Most are Mille Fleur D'uccle and a few are Partridge Cochin Bantams. These 2 chicks stand out in the bunch. If I could get some help identifying these babies, I'd appreciate it. Is my yellow chick a Golden Neck D'uccle? White Cochin Bantam and is it a frizzle?? Also, is the brown chick a Partridge and is if frizzle?

You really think so? I did too! But someone else said it's just in a weird feather phase. Lol but it definitely looks different than my other chickens.

The partridge definitely isn't. I can't seem to tell, for the Buff. It doesn't look exactly right, but it's not exactly frizzled either

I get the Partridge. It's just got something odd going on with its feathers and wings. They're both kind of split. Lol but the Buff looked like a frizzle to me and I got excited.

I have never had any chicks that have feathers like this, so I didn't know what it could be besides frizzle

Yeah, those look frizzle! And I agree with @oldhenlikesdogs for buff and partridge orpington

I tend to lean to no but I don't know about a partial frizzle so maybe it's just going to be very fluffy?

Here's an 11-day-old frizzle. (Mottled silkie) The feathers on the feet are even frizzled.
