Are my chicks feathers normal??

My chick is about two and half weeks old and she's had curly feathers for about a week now. Are these normal?

The other one I have just like it isn't like that. Should I be concerned?

Looks like that one's frizzled, which is normal. Just means it has the frizzle gene. This is my adult frizzle rooster.

Oh that's awesome I was hoping for one of those. I bought eggs from a friend of mine and incubated them. I got sixteen and that's the only one like that. The male she has like that is all white. Thank you so much! I was concerned!
