Had 10 pekin ducks put in the incubator on feb. 2, temperature of 37.8 this whole time. Flip them 5x a day. One was bad about a week ago, I smelt the most rancid smell, rotten. Found the egg, tossed it out. Well, I candled again tonight. Some it's really hard to see... one egg looks good, I can see baby move. The other 8 I see no movements. A couple have big air sacks and little blackness. Still has veins though. I'm scared a lot are dead but what if they are not and I toss them for no reason.
I'm so unsure, is it safe to just leave the ones I'm not sure about and take a chance? I smell no stink smells, like I did before. Is there a chance they'll explode once it's lock down and kill the healthy ones? I feel really dumb right now. I have Googled all I can but it's not helping me. I don't know what to look for except blood ring and clear eggs, which I don't see.
Basically, can I just leave them in there aND see how it plays out? Like I said, out of 9 I only see movement in 1. Help me here.
