My quail had chicks and I was wondering if I should just let her have them.

Yes but keep a close eye on them. Make sure if it's cool out that she is actively brooding the chicks. They will need to go under her wings and feathers to warm up, especially at night. If she's not brooding them and they keep huddled together you will need to put a warming light in there for the chicks to keep warm. Looks like she is showing them where the food is! That's great!

Are there any other adult quail with them? If so watch to make sure they are not hurting the chicks or the roo trying to mate with mom. Her focus should be on the chicks not keeping them away and she won't want to mate now with her brooding hormones going.

Congrats!!!!
