I'm trying to determine if I have 2 male pekin ducks. They are approximately 8 weeks old. I'd like to get a female if I wound up with 2 males. They don't sound raspy to me but they don't have a distinctive quack either. Thanks for any input

If I remember correctly (I raised ducks 4-5 decades ago) hens quack and male have more of a "hiss" for lack of a better word. I could hear quacking in the video so one is a hen for sure. Listen to them-hens are louder and more vocal than males. When you listen to each separately you'll hear the difference if one is a drake. If they sound the same they are both hens.

I had a third hen that had the distinctive quack, but she was a victim of predators. These two sound more like they're whistling to me, so I'm at a loss.

They sound like boys to me. Sorry, my joys sounded a lot like them at that age and then within a week or two it changes to full on male rasp. They are at the in between age. If you had a female you would know by now because she would be making very much female sounds.

ETA: if you want to add a female you will need more than one. Most drakes need a min of 3 females per drake. So you would need 6+ females for your 2 drakes.
