Are these Easter eggers & roos or pullets

I have 2 barnyard mix chicks that I'm assuming are Easter eggers? One has orange feet and a orangy pink comb and the other has grey feet and a knobby comb. They both have mullets and ear Tufts that poke out when they are wound up about something. Are these indeed EE and any idea on genders?
