Are these eggs developing?

Make sure to keep it n there a while to dry off. He may bop around and move the other eggs a bit..but that's ok...it will encourage the others to hatch to.

Eeeek another baby! 4 eggs currently pipped :)

Only 6 of the 15 eggs have hatched :( 3 have pipped, but one isn't in good shape and probably won't last the night. Hoping I wake up tomorrow with at least 2 more chicks in there! Kind of disappointed that I only have 6 chicks out of the 30 eggs I started with but also happy some actually hatched this time. I'll take pics of the new babies tomorrow once I move them to the brooder :)

Well I moved the chicks to the brooder and candled the eggs left in the incubator. 3 are alive still. One is malpositioned and pipped in the wrong place, I tried to peel away at the shell a little bit but it started bleeding a little so I put it back. Not sure if the other two that are alive will hatch or not. It's currently Day 22.

Are they stepping onto the plate to peck the food? You may want to put them on paper towels for a few days and sprinkle chick starter around them if they aren't. I found my little serama chicks did not feed well n the beginning w/shavings. So I switched to paper towels. Easy to clean up..just roll them up and toss..and the chicks see the food much better.

They are climbing all over it :) I took the picture immediately after I first placed them inside.
