Right, that won't work.
You need a special plastic stretch wrap that is perforated for gas exchange

Those yolks are drying out, not developing. The first thing you would see would be veins.
Well I hatch ISA brown eggs excuse me and the veins don't come straight away for ISA brown eggs after 5 days or so it will grow

Can u show me a cycle of a isa brown egg or somethin
All breeds of chicken embryos develop the same.

Veins should be visible by day 2-3 with an open shell, unless they are on the bottom.
Candling a shelled incubating egg would be the same, tho harder to see depending on pigmentation of shell coating.

Here's some images that I googled for you.

Thanks

Thanks for making that clear, I didn’t do very well explaining.

Personally, I don't think it will work. Eggs need to be turned several times a day at a minimum. This also turns the baby so it doesn't stick to the shell or whatever you would try to hatch it from. Also the moisture content of an egg is controlled by the shell. Can't be done with plastic wrap.
If you want to watch development, just use 21+ eggs and open 1 per day and study it.
