Are these eggs fertile?

I’ve successfully incubated some of my Ameraucana hens eggs last spring and fall but I currently have 4 of her eggs in the incubator with no development. Here’s two from the past 2 days...do they both look fertile or no? I did add more pullets to my flock in the fall so I’m guessing maybe my 1 rooster just isn’t breeding all 16 of hens now ?

No.

Probably need 2 roos for that many hens. Roos can only do it so many times per day and hens are situational aware, meaning if the roo is near they may get mounted without warning so some are wary of being too close to the rooster while others don't care.
