That’s sounds about right. Unfortunately I know nothing about bird genetics. But it would make sense. So White X White 🤔
That is where it could get tricky. It might just produce all whites. It could also be that there is gene in there that causes a fatal or weak bird with the 2x white pairing like how you dont breed 2 frizzles together. Would need to check with people who have actually bred them and document. No idea. I think @Pyxis said there hasnt been much if any record keeping?

There has not, which is a pain. But it shouldn't cause issues theoretically because they already have to have two copies of the gene to be white, like a chicken has to have two copies of splash to be splash, so breeding two splashes together to make all splashes doesn't cause issues in the chicks. So two whites to make all white chicks is probably okay.

The thing with frizzles is that two copies of frizzle makes the feathers too brittle and causes skin issues. It's not just a change in color like splash is, it's a change in feather anatomy and skin issues. Same thing in crested ducks.
