Are these silkie male streamers?

Are these male streamers on our 13 week old silkie? They’re not really longer than the other feathers but I’m nervous
I figured I could get ahead of the game and arrange a home for him before he crows bc my neighbors will NOT be pleased (plus we’re not allowed roosters where we live) if he turns out it be a boy and starts crowing.
Any help would be appreciated!

I think male. My little cockerel is only a little younger than your chick and with the pointed feathers and what looks to be good sized wattles I would lean cockerel. But mine started crowing at 8 weeks!

Silkies are difficult to tell. We thought this one was a male until she layed an egg.

Here is our other silkie thats just like yours and she's a girl as well.

Yea it’s so hard to say but mine looks to have a somewhat similar crest to yours I think!

In this second picture I didn’t see the little black beak, so I thought you had a chicken with an unusually long neck and oddly shaped body
